This will affect any user with a single-use license that is connected to the campus license server ( How to check if I have an Esri product connected to the Campus License). Again, this will be updated by Campus ITS. Users will start to see warning messages in February about this license timeout.

March 1 (3/1) is UC San Diego’s annual renewal date for desktop-based applications such as ArcGIS Desktop + extensions and any product that’s connects to the campus license server.

If you use any of these platforms, you should NOT experience any interruptions. This date applies to ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, StoryMaps, Dashboards, or any of the other web-based applications. January 31 (1/31) is UC San Diego’s annual renewal date for ArcGIS Online.If you encounter any issues, please create a support ticket with the ITS Service Desk. All users are likely to receive message noting the license renewal.
